Plans submitted for 13 industrial units at Kooragang
A DA has been lodged with NSW Planning and Environment for a complex containing 13 industrial units at 130 Cormorant Road, Kooragang. The units are part of a larger development which includes a service station and food offer which have been approved, and is currently under construction, plus a car wash facility currently before the NSW DPE.
The units range in gross floor size from 152 to 324 sqm, include 17 parking spaces, and associated landscaping. It is proposed the units are to be utilised for purposes which will mostly facilitate or support the operations of the Port of Newcastle. The development is expected to create around 26 jobs.
