Local leadership expert first accredited in sustainable change
A Hunter-based leadership consultant is Australia’s first to complete an accredited training program in the innovative field of sustainable change.
Lenore Miller has just returned from a trip of over four months to New Zealand where she undertook the Evolved Leadership program focusing on the ‘sustainability element’ of professional and personal change. She is currently the only Australian leadership coach to be certified in Sustainable Transformation.
Her greatest passion is helping women in leadership positions to sustainably transform their lives across all areas. Lenore is currently facilitating a series of leadership workshops in Sydney and Melbourne and has a number of clients who have benefitted from the sustainable change approach. Her first Newcastle workshop will be held on October 20th.
“People can learn to detect both their empowered and disempowered states, recognise sabotaging and destructive emotional patterns and identify crucial access points to implement permanent change across all aspects of their lives,” said Lenore.
