Stay ahead of the curve with Reimagine Regional Business
Discover how innovation can help your business stay ahead of the curve and grow in the digital age with first-hand experience from one of social media’s most influential influencers at a free event supporting local businesses in Singleton.
FAYT The Label founder Brittney Saunders will be the keynote speaker at this year’s Reimagine Regional Business event, which will return to Singleton Civic Centre on Wednesday 28 August from 9.30am – 12.30pm.
Known for her impactful presence on social media and other digital platforms, Ms Saunders will be sharing her tips to success, innovative ways to do business differently and creating new revenue streams.
The event is a key initiative in a suite of economic programs funded by the NSW Government’s Resources for Regions being delivered by Singleton Council in partnership with Business Singleton.
Vicki Brereton, Council’s Director Organisation and Community Capacity, said the partnership was supporting local businesses to meet the challenges of and find opportunities in the changing economic conditions of the region.
“Reimagine Regional Business aims to encourage our local businesspeople to think about how they can leverage opportunities such as the Singleton Bypass, transitioning energy markets, new development and infrastructure, trends, and technology to reach new customers and deliver their products or services in new ways,” she said.
“Innovation is the focus of this year’s event, and people who head along will hear high level business insights, inspirational success stories, practical tips, and innovative techniques that they can implement themselves to help their businesses grow.
“We’re fortunate to have Brittney Saunders join us this year, who will inspire everyone with the innovative way she has used social media to connect with customers.”
The event program also includes a panel of successful Hunter Region businesspeople discussing why there’s never been a better time to learn how innovation and digital technology can transform your business.
The panel includes:
- Kate Lyall, Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Bee Innovative
- Jo Hardie, Managing Director of Spewy
- Jeremy Brett, General Manager of Morgan Engineering
- Panel facilitator, Claire Quigley, Founder and Director of LaunchPad 9
