Toronto property realises $2.6 million
A property at 67-73 The Boulevarde, Toronto recently changes hands for $2.6 million at auction.
The property comprises a fully leased investment opportunity encompassing eight current tenants, together with a roof top level car park providing in excess of 50 car spaces.
The property comprises a balanced tenancy mix including the Salvation Army, H & R Block, Kodak Shop and Betta Electrical, together with license agreements for roof top carpark areas.
The tenancies are subject to varying lease terms ranging from monthly lease agreements to 3 + 3 or 5 + 5 year terms.
The property produces an estimated income of nearly $300,000 per annum net.
The sale was handled by Adam Leacy and Matt Kearney of Colliers International and sold at the Colliers International Investment Auction held at the Hotel Novotel Newcastle Beach in April.
Maitland property leased to Subway sold
Michael Maffey of Tony Cant Real Estate recently sold 392-394 High Street, Maitland, which is currently leased to Subway until June 2019, for $450,000.
The building includes a first floor apartment which can be redeveloped and converted into an inner city apartment overlooking the Hunter River.
Scone property sold at auction
A property at 170-172 Kelly Street, Scone has sold at auction for $582,000. The building has Westpac Banking Corporation as the anchor tenant.
Situated in the centre of Scone, the building offers a lettable area of 430 sqm over two levels on a site of approximately 790.4 sqm.
It produces a current net income of over $47,000 per annum.

NFP organisation leases Newcastle West property
A Not for profit organisation has leased part of Lot 1/956 Hunter Street, Newcastle West on a 4 + 4 years term.
The open plan office on the ground floor is located only a short stroll from Wickham Train Station. It has disabled friendly access along with five underground car parks. The lease was facilitated by Paul Tilden at Raine & Horne Newcastle.
