GWG Launches Pro Bono Recruitment Service for Non-Profits in Newcastle and the Hunter Region
GWG Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in Newcastle, is proud to announce the launch of its new pro bono recruitment service designed specifically for non-profit organisations in Newcastle and the Hunter Region, New South Wales.
This initiative aims to support local non-profits by providing them with professional recruitment services at no cost, helping them find talented individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities.
As part of the service GWG will offer a limited number of pro bono recruitment engagements each year. This first round is now open for the recruitment of one leadership position. Eligible roles include C-level, director, general manager, senior manager, or manager level. Non-profit organisations interested in these opportunities can apply through https://gwg.com.au/pro-bono-recruitment until November 29th, 2024. The nominated organisation must commence the recruitment engagement within three months of selection. Eligible applicants must be registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC).
Supporting Local Non-Profits
This new pro bono recruitment service reflects GWG’s commitment to supporting the vital work of non-profits in the Newcastle and Hunter Region. By offering free recruitment services, the agency aims to help these organisations overcome resource constraints and build strong, effective teams that can further their mission.
"Our region is home to numerous non-profits that are making a real difference, and we are inspired by their dedication and passion," said Julie Gearie, CEO of GWG Recruitment.
"We've been privileged to support organisations in this sector with pro bono recruitment services in the past. By helping to strengthen the non-profit sector in Newcastle and the Hunter Region, we aim to contribute to a more connected, resilient, and thriving community."
How to Apply
Eligible non-profit organisations are encouraged to visit https://gwg.com.au/pro-bono-recruitment to learn more about the program and submit their applications before the November 29th, 2024 deadline.
